Recently took my car for service. As I still have some of the same concerns that were “fixed” or reviewed previously by the dealership, I went to a different BMW mechanic first. Wanted to see what he would tell me then compare it to what the dealership had to say. What the dealership had to say is they couldn’t even look at my car without charging $800 for an inspection even though what I was concerned about has been documented on several visits. Why do I have to pay $800 just to confirm what has been worked on when the problem is still present and was never resolved? Very disappointed. Decided to stick with my mechanic.

This dealership, the service department specifically, has exhibited some of the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen as a customer. In short, they: - Attempted to have me pay for items covered under warranty (Fuel Pump - 328D), only agreed to perform the warranty work once I presented proof myself. Keep in mind, all of these service advisors have access to what is warrantied and what isn't right from their computer. This was a blatant attempt to pass on a several thousand dollar charge to someone they hoped wasn't paying attention. - Refused to offer alternative transportation while my car had an open recall that could have led to the car catching on fire, while there were 5 unused loaner vehicles sitting in the parking lot. The service department told me to keep driving the car despite knowing the failed part could cause a fire along with additional damage. Eventually BMW North America stepped in and demanded that BMW Valencia service the vehicle an offer me a loaner. They chose specifically not to offer me a BMW loaner and instead offered me the lowest tier of Enterprise rental car, all of which have higher monthly transportation costs AND lower quality than the vehicle I brought to service. - Failed part associated with the recall (EGR Cooler - 328D) causes carbon deposits/black smoke to leave the tailpipe. The dealership discovered, after performing the recall work for the EGR, that carbon deposits have clogged my entire exhaust prior to the tailpipe, causing my particulate filter to burst from the increased pressure. They claim it has nothing to do with the EGR cooler and have sent me an invoice for $10,500 for the repairs. To summarize, they instructed me to continue driving the car for 3 months after the initial failure diagnosis, assured me any associated damages would be covered, but are now denying liability now that those associated damages have presented themselves. In any normal circumstance, when a problem comes up on my car, I will fix it as it comes up. However, my situation was a recall, meaning I HAD to have the issue serviced by a dealership specifically otherwise I risk the recall remaining on my VIN forever. This may not seem like a big deal, except Valencia BMW's own sales department valued my car $8,000 less as a trade in due to the recall being open on my CarFax. This means I had no choice other than to listen to Valencia's instructions, otherwise I risked massively depreciating my car for something that is, federally speaking, BMW's responsibility. The car had to be picked up from tow truck from the dealership, brought to my house, and I am now left with a car that cannot be driven without either $2,000+ in non smog legal parts or $11,000 in dealer supplied parts. All because of a recall, which is supposed to be of no charge to the customer. I'm hardly the first customer to have a bad experience with Valencia BMW and I certainly won't be the last. I would seriously advise anybody in the immediate area to search for another establishment to service your BMW's unless you enjoy paying for things that aren't your responsibility to pay for.

I've been a BMW Fan since the 1980's. This was my first BMW dealership purchase experience and my third BMW purchase so I had high hopes. I came with a cashier's check and a pre agreed upon price thinking it might take an hour or two since I had an appointment that I was early for. Three and a half hours later we were almost done, but lack of product knowledge about the 430 Convertible kept us there longer. The car is amazing, the process to get the car needs some work.

So, I bought an expensive 2021 CPO Competition M5 from these folks last week. It is my 8th BMW purchase over the years and my 3rd one from this Dealership. Not sure what is going on with them but, in my opinion, they have fallen flat on their face. It started with a written price quote that they wouldn't honor when I went in to pick up the car. I ended up paying thousands more. It got worse in that there was no car manual, no front license plate bracket and the floor mats were mis-matched. Further, the salesman noted that I need not worry about the brake squeal (it's pretty bad) since it is only due to the car sitting and it will go away. Of course it hasn't. But, worst of all (and what has caused my clearly frustrating review here) is their failure to follow up post sale. I secured Logix financing for the balance due on this car (at an amazing rate) and within two days they Federal Expressed a check to the Dealer. I sent the Dealer a tracking number for it and, have contacted them no less than 4 times (via text and email) requesting they acknowledge receipt of the check. In turn, I got absolute crickets from them. It's as though I no longer exist. Since they had pre-approved me at a rate that is 250% higher than Logix, I now fear something underhanded might be going on. This whole matter is shameful on their part. I've lived in the Community for over 31 years and have always tried to keep my dollars local. To be treated in this manner, when I could have gone anywhere, is uncalled for. Further, I have used their shop with great success in the past and have actually left them an excellent review. In my opinion, Management needs to be changed out and a thorough re-evaluation of their polices and procedures needs to be conducted. I wouldn't be in business long if I treated my customers this way..

Great customer service and really value their customers. Purchased MY2022 BMW X5 45e from this dealer, and after 7K miles of worry free driving discovered an issue with the wipers. Took it to Pacific BMW because they were closer, however after 2 weeks of going back and forth with their service department on why they were charging me for an obvious warranty repair, decided to take it back to Valencia BMW. Not only did the Valencia BMW service department diagnose all the other issues Pacific BMW service missed, the issues were corrected under warranty as it should be, they even special ordered the replacement windshield from Germany since the wiper arm scratched the windshield. Definitely going back for all my BMW service needs, worth the drive.

Flew 1500 miles to get a car that only had 7,000 miles on it. I was told it would be ready on Friday, I showed up the Monday after. Car was filthy, still had spilled coffee in it, was scratched and damaged all over, needed a new front bumper and somehow had an extra 100 miles on it since I put my deposit on it. When I became irritated that the car was dirty, damaged so heavily and completely misrepresented, they proceeded to blame me for "Being in a hurry". Simple answer, someone was driving it and it was likely the guy (Mike the used car manager) blaming me. Now I'm 1500 miles from home to get a car that is waaaay overpriced considering the level of damage and they do... NOTHING. It's Autonation, so they don't haggle and they don't change prices. I will NEVER EVER Recommend Valencia BMW or any Autonation company to anyone. Absolutely the biggest cluster.

I bought my current BMW ( 2nd for me) from this dealership in May 2016; I bought my first BMW, a 2009, 328i coupe from South Bay BMW in January 2009. Even though I bought that car there it was serviced at Valencia BMW. So I have been having my cars serviced at Valencia BMW for a very long time. I have had several very good service advisors over the years. My current valencia BMW service advisor is Jesse Colon. He is the best of the best !. Great service dept. !!! The service advisors, porters, receptionists, all really great. Very friendly, and responsive. The sales department is also very good, above average, but the service department is exceptional. I have never, ever, been turned away from the service department when I have showed up without an appointment. Anyway, this is a great dealership........I was irritated with the sales department earlier this week, thinking that they were not responding to my emails. I was wrong. They were responding to them, but most of their emails were sent to my spam folder, which I did not think to check until this morning. My fault.

Taylor was AMAZING. Since we don’t have a BMW dealership anywhere close, we have to travel nearly 2 hours to Valencia BMW, which is the closest. In just under 15 minutes Taylor got us through all of the paperwork, checked in and into a loaner so we could do some shopping while our car was worked on. There were some questions about the warranty that Taylor went above and beyond to get us the answers for. I bought a vehicle from here on March 13th it's now been 2 months but I only had the vehicle for maybe 3 weeks total. I'm making payments for a car I don't even have!! So 1st it wasn't a big issue my vehicle was leaking a little bit of coolant I took it in and they said they checked it twice and didn't find anything. I told them the vehicle wouldn't just repair itself and they were confident to give me my keys back. 2 days later I needed to leave my work because my wife needed a vehicle and couldn't drive our vehicle because coolant was pouring out and leaked all in my garage. They sent a tow truck to pick the vehicle up and I haven't seen it since. So if this wasn't bad enough they made my experience worst. I spent 2 weeks going back and forth about what's going on with my vehicle they haven't even touched it. They said waiting on approval... I took another day off work and drove there myself because I needed something to happen I was tired of waiting. I ask for the sales manager and waited they cashier came back and said it's all approved and going to get they vehicle done asap. Manager never came out to apologize or anything didn't even see him/her. I was provided with a rental vehicle but one that dosnt help me at all. I bought a 65k SUV and they provided a small car. (Toyota corrola) wow. They should be paying for the rental but i was charged $800+ and as of right now it's been 25 hours of calling 3 people said they were going to check into it and call me back never got a call. Bill called me Friday evening saying he going to look into it and call me back never call me never got my money back. In the middle of all this I had called to talk to the general manager i left my name and number with the secretary she said she gave it to him and he going to call me after the meeting NEVER called me. I find it very suspicious that every time I called he's in a meeting BS!!! All these meetings and can't improve ur service. It all starts at the top and trickles down the line. General manager I don't who u are but I'm a customer and been having issues fora month and a half straight why haven't u contacted me? id be surprised if u don't know who I am because when I call it don't matter who answers they know exactly who and what car is mine. That's how much I been calling all just to find out what's happening with my car. Let's see if ur going to contact me now??? Because maybe u just didn't know well now u do! As always; I received outstanding personalized customer service from BMW of Valencia, while having some repairs done to my 2013 328I Sedan. Although, my car is old, and I don?t have a lot of money; I still take my car to BMW of Valencia for routine servicing and all necessary repairs to be completed I choose to do so, despite well intended family and friends who encourage me to take my care to local auto-repair garages. I do this because of the outstanding customer service I?ve always received from the Service Writers and the quality of the workmanship from the highly trained technicians and mechanics who work at BMW of Valencia. The following are two examples of the outstanding service I?ve experienced at BMW of Valencia: Shortly after my car fell out of warranty, I noticed that a white smoke had begun emitting from my car?s exhaust when it was started in the morning. When I took my car to BMW of Valencia, a Service Writer named Bob was extremely helpful and reassuring to me, telling me that they would do everything possible to see if the necessary repairs could be partially covered under the warranty, since it had literally just expired ( less than 100 miles). I was immediately provided with a rental car ( new X5). after a couple days, I received a phone call from Service Writer Bob, telling me that after the diagnostic was completed; he was able to correlate the matter to a recall, therefore, the repairs were made to my car at no cost to me. Plus, there was no charge to me, for the rental car provided to me. On another occasion, recently, my car was in need of some unrelated mechanical repairs. Once again I was provided with a rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired, at no charge to me. During this period, I became extremely Ill, My rental car was authorized by the management of BMW of Valencia, for several days beyond the date that the repairs to my car had been completed, in order to afford me the time to recover from my illness, so that DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY about returning the rental car and picking up my car, all while I was sick. BMW of Valencia covered the entire cost of my rental car, including the extended time I had it. I have been, and will remain a very happy land loyal customer of BMW of Valencia. Please note; prior to taking my car to BMW Of Valencia; I had gone to another BMW Dealership in Van Nuys Ca. Unfortunately, my experience with that dealership was negative. I was met by indifference and a generic level of customer service from the staff. I never felt like a valued customer there. Rather, I was treated with disinterest. Additionally, that dealership does not assist in any way with the cost of a rental car while customer cars are under repairs. ( it was never offered to me). I am not able to purchase a new vehicle right now; but I will absolutely purchase my new car from BMW of Valencia when I am ready. Additionally, I will refer all my friends and family to BMW of Valencia. Just one more thing; BMW of Valencia provides their customers with a very comfortable waiting area/lobby, with a big screen television, and there?s always a nice variety of beverages and yummy snacks available. Ok, yet one more nice thing: My car is always delivered freshly washed, sparking clean, and there?s always a nice driver available to either drive you home, The Valencia Mall or other local businesses, where you can hang out while your car is receiving a quick service or minor repairs. I always have problems with the department never 1. calling me like they say they will once my car is ready; 2. answering my calls; 3. calling me back. My finace had his car there for almost a week before anyone called him to tell him "they couldn't figure out what was wrong". Mind you, this is after calling them for a few days and no one returning calls. Cole was the first person who has ever called to tell me my car was ready in a timely manner. Surfing the net I discovered the SUV my wife wanted. I called and had the good fortune of speaking with "client advisor' Mazen Gharzeddine. He did a narrated, walk-around video of the cars' interior and exterior. This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle interstate. (I am in AZ.) Mazen took care of everything for me. He was committed to issue resolution. He arranged for a notary to come to my home for the signatures verification. He sent me the documents for my bank to arrange the funds wire transfer. Really 4.5 stars here's why: I bought my BMW X1 (first time buying from Valencia, second time owning an X1 -- love the car). 5 stars for the sales rep John Menzano. He is a person of integrity. Not pushy for sales making us feel at ease. Really cool background in music. There were a few minor things that weren't ready with the car and he promised we could bring the car back in on a different day to fix those things. He really made them happen. If possible, I would look for him to help out with a car purchase. I would return to Valencia and I'd recommend John to my relatives if they're thinking of purchasing a BMW. I'm enjoying my newer X1. 4 stars for everything else: The car I purchased was on the floor. As a previous X1 owner, I knew I was looking for this car (newer, more features, mineral white) but I was disappointed to see the car hadn't been detailed inside, the iDrive wasn't working, and one week into owning the car, the brakes needed service. Additionally, as a previous owner, BMW has a $500 incentive which wasn't offered to me directly by the finance representative, although I did receive it in a nonconventional way. It was a little inconvenient, but nothing that makes me regret the decision to purchase the car. As a heads up, this BMW location seems really understaffed and they genuinely seem to be doing the best they can. It's too far for me to drive to for services and things like that, but every small issue that I had with my car was fixed in the timeframe that was communicated. If I lived closer, I would return here.

I bought a 2018 CPO X1. I brought into Valencia BMW to get the drivers seat cleaned and touch paint on the two front doors so my suv was kept for 5 days to complete the work. Friday, when I picked up my X1. It was filthy, the interior had dust everywhere from sanding down the left door, paint on my front left rim, white residue on the break petal, gas petals and a white footprint stain on the driver’s side floor mate. I had to take my suv to get cleaned however the footprint stain is still there. Could not believe it. It was awful. My vehicles have never been delivered to me in such a manner.

Had drivetrain errors on my dashboard and the car started to shake. The error message on the console stated to seek your service provider and drive moderately. I contacted Valencia BMW and setup an appointment to come in via the their website. At the time of my appointment, I was greeted by my account manager Chris R. Chris took the time to understand my needs and helped me with alternate temp transportation. As my car was being worked on I received status updates and was well informed on the status of my vehicle. Things started off pretty well but they declined, unfortunately. Of all my experiences at BMW dealerships, this is the first where I felt that my business was not appreciated. It seemed there was lacking concern for actually ensuring my customer satisfaction. Frequently, I felt that I was just a number and that they only had enough time and attention as is necessary to make a deal and, even at that, there was not a deal to work out, really, since they said that AutoNation does not allow them to negotiate. However, in terms of the APR, the dealership certainly had the ability to negotiate that for me but barely made an effort. This was the first time that a sales person was barely trying to 'wow' me into buying and was barely able to retain a semblance of keeping his word whenever we interacted. It was a frustrating and highly dissatisfactory experience.

The following day I was contacted by Taylor Hawking who immediately set a convenient date and time for me to take my car to the dealership. She also arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle so I could go to my doctors’ appointments while my car was in the shop. Once she received my car she had it checked, inspected and worked on and at the same time she was updating me on their findings. My car was returned to me sooner than expected and without any problems. Every time I have contacted Valencia BMW, I have received the highest quality of service by ALL of their employees. My X5 has given me a few issues with the Emergency Call feature lately. Seems it likes talking to the lady on the other end of the line without me authorizing the call. Valencia BMW has always provided exceptional service. When my tire pressure light goes on, they correct the issue immediately, without an appointment. I went in for service on 04/05/22, and my service rep Bob was so nice and personable. He was informative and got my car in and out quickly. I had to go in because my check engine light came on. Bill was my service coordinator and he got me signed in quickly and did an initial troubleshoot to make sure it wasn't something simple like a loose gas cap. I always dread going to the dealership because sometimes you can get this LONG list of things that need to be done. To my surprise it was as simple as a bad thermostat that was still under warranty and it didn't come with an extra list of other "things to do". Everyone at this dealership is professional and polite. I live in the area, and I will always bring my BMW here for service. Thanks guys!

My service was to determine if the air conditioning was my error or something wrong with the cars and tires were registered as flattened; 32 and below psi. The air conditioning problem was me?.. that?s wonderful!!! The tires, still baffles me. But, after new air and an alignment all is good.

I don’t believe I have ever been to a more efficient, more friendly, and more quite honestly professional service department. I had to take my vehicle in for service for the first time about a week ago and from making the appointment, which was SO incredibly easy and quick! I was able to pick my day and time that I wanted to bring my vehicle in, which these days was quite refreshing. My other vehicles my service appointments have been dictated by the service department’s timeline and I’m usually given an appointment time a 1 to 1.5 months out. I brought my car in and Valencia BMW was right on the issue, I received a call from my service advisor the same afternoon in regards to the issue with my vehicle, what would need to be done to further diagnose the issue, cost and the next steps to be taken. My service advisor Bill Parks was amazing! He was kind, professional and highly knowledgeable he explained everything to me in “basiv terms”, but not in a condescending way, which I really appreciated especially being female and not knowing much about the inner workings of a car. They were on the issue immediately, upon receiving our approval, and a day and a half later we received a call my car was done!! I am so pleased with the level of service I received at Valencia BMW, I won’t go anywhere else for service on my vehicle. The service I received has impressed me so much so, that I don’t believe I will buy any other brand if vehicle than BMW and when it comes time to trade my current vehicle in Valencia BMW is the first place I will be headed to.

Valencia BMW has always been one of the best dealerships in Santa Clarita. My mom and I went there back in July to see if we can trade my car for a BMW convertible. We were assisted by Joe Chang and he took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Although inventory was scarce at the time, he managed to find us the perfect car. I was also able to sell my car to them (instead of trading it in) for the amount of money it was worth without a hassle. Joe went out of his way to make sure we were happy with not only our new BMW purchase but with the sale of my previous car. Just recently I had to take my new car for its first service, Jesse in the service department was friendly and wasted no time getting my car in for an oil change. I waited about an hour and a half which is normal for the wait time when you get an oil change. They also checked my tires and gave it a complimentary rinse down. Overall I’m very happy with Valencia BMW and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My wife and I called about a 2016 Land Rover, we went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. I waited at the vehicle as I have a bad knee and can’t walk far distances, my wife went it, my wife looks white, she’s from Venezuela and im BLACK. The salesman came out to the truck saw us , said he left the key inside, we waited at the car for 10 minutes, he then returned and said another sales man took the key on a test drive, he would be back in 3 minutes. We went inside an sat for 45 minutes, the salesman returned with another man, they said that they can’t find the key, but they can take a video of the interior and send it to us. While we were sitting there, a tall black man walk by and ask us if we were being helped, we said yes. He walked on, 30 seconds later he returned to tell us that he was the General Manager and he just wanted us to know, which I told my wife at the time was weird, his entire interaction with us. Cut to the following week, my wife contacted the dealership made an appointment to test drive the vehicle the following Saturday, the sale man confirmed the appointment, I have the emails, he sent us pictures of the interior, we texted to let him know we were on the way. When we arrived, he came out to the truck and I said to him you found the keys, and reminded him we were there the weekend before. He left saying he was going to get the keys, he did not come back for 10 minutes, then the big black man ( General Manager) came out to let’s us know that someone was coming at 2pm to test drive the vehicle, and he was sorry we couldn’t test drive it. After my wife and I dropped the F Bomb and called him out for being a racist and practicing economic racism, he did us a favor and let us test drive the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle as it was the vehicle we wanted after doing weeks of research and the specs is what we were looking for. It was clear that this dealership practices racist and stereotyping of its clients. The Uncle Tom they sent out to get raid of us, should be ashamed of himself and hopefully he sleeps well knowing that he is bias to his own people and my wife wanted to let you know she’s really happy you know where Baldwin Hills is. The next time you’re in the hood, we’re the house with the two Range Rovers in the Drive way and the two Porsches in the garage.

Update (3/14). Tried to reach out and get in contact with their GM to include sending detailed notes. No further communication received from the dealer ... do they really care about feedback?? Extremely poor experience. - Communication is a challenge with the service department. - They provided a rental, but provided conflicting information on returning the rental that they expected the customer to cover some of the cost, despite never stating that up front. - Failed to fully diagnose the issues until day of pickup. - Claimed any customer provided codes from my code reader would be different than how they scan codes, yet the Hex fault name and code description are exactly the same based on their shop provided printout. - Due to an existing open recall, I expected to get the car back with a CEL, so wanted to chat with a tech about how I can monitor the health of my car with my code reader and the existing faults - this sounded like a foreign request to them and they weren't helpful in accomodating (see above). - On talking with the shop foreman on picking up my car, we discovered the tech who replaced the fuel pump only drove 3-4 miles and didn't reclear or recheck all the CEL codes. Upon quoting me an additional repair estimate for $4,400, the foreman's apology consisted of "I have 24 techs, I can't manage them all, sorry we missed it." His poor leadership was manifested by no offers of resolution or ways to help address the issue, or my waste of a Saturday picking up a still faulty vehicle. Do not recommend this service department for any type of complicated repair, they have demonstrated little competence in this department to me, combined with poor communication and leadership.

I am certainly impressed with BMW today. Now I wish that I had came here instead of Ford to purchase a car. I mean the words " the ultimate experience" is not just a saying it's a way of life. The general manager was easy to listen to my concern and Ken was able to follow up, with detailing. Yes I may have under estimated the service for the first time. But now I'm totally sold out on the service here. Even the sales people are not pushy, but respectful. I'm sure that I'm in California. But I do have to drive back home. 🤣

Dropped my car off for a brake fluid change and tire inspection which ended up taking around 2-2.5hrs. Flexible: I got there a bit early and my representative was running behind, so instead of making me wait they handed me off to an available rep until mine showed up? I absolutely appreciated that! Accommodating: They were all out of loaners, but got me an Enterprise rental. My rep called me with a 15 min heads up and said I could just return the rental car at BMW instead of taking it back to Enterprise and shuttling to BMW- how convenient! Clean: The facility was very clean inside and out. Only thing that would make it better was if they had snacks lol. Only area of improvement would be to hand dry or better dry the cars after running them through the car wash. I hand wash and detail my own car and totally forgot they run it through the automatic car wash after services; because it wasn?t completely dry, by the time I got home there were water runs and spots all over my car. I had to rewash my car to remove those. Overall, pretty pleased with my experience at BMW Valencia and with the associates there.

The sun roof shattered on my X5 so I took it in to have repaired. From start to finish, the whole process took about 3 months!!! Forever!!! This was due to the 3rd party installers and insurance arguing over parts. Taylor was my BMW rep throughout the process and even with the delays, she communicated and accommodated way beyond expectations. She handled the repair shop, the insurance company, and for our troubles, provided a rental car. It’s people like Taylor that make BMW a great company which result in repeat business. I do not feel like my car is as healthy as they tell me and have frequently had issues since the literal first day of ownership, the dealership rectified that issue on their own dime but that was the first of several problems to show up on my low mileage f10. All of the other issues(drivetrain and car-wide) still persist and have not been fixed even after they tell me it’s okay.

I called every BMW dealership In LA County to get a better grasp of how to sell / exit my BMW 330i Lease early and if it was possible to land in positive equity given the current market. Despite initial challenges with Valencia BMW's finance department - STAY AWAY from Eddie Ahmadie, our overall experience ended on a positive note. We sincerely appreciate the hands-on support and care we received from the GM Niko, Mike and our sales rep Sergik. They truly went above and beyond to investigate the disrespectful and dismissive treatment we received from Eddie. They personally followed up the next day and then put in effort to correct the situation and make things right. I contacted BMW Valencia Friday 1/28 in regards to a pre owned vehicle I saw on cars.com. Upon calling I was greeted by a gentleman named Gregory Corman. He was a pleasure of speaking with from the beginning. I wanted to check availability of the vehicle. While on the phone he went to personally go and make sure the car was physically there and he did a 360 walk around while on the phone to mention any details about the car. He invited me in without pressuring me for any information. I went ahead and took the 35 min drive from Chatsworth to Valencia. Upon arriving I was greeted by Mr. Corman. He had the vehicle washed for the first impression viewing of the car. I was really impressed with the type of service I was provided. We went to drive the vehicle for about 30 mins. We pulled over, he gave me a full presentation of the vehicle. Overall test Drive experience was 5 star! I had a car to trade in and already had been offered lower than I wanted at a different dealer and I walked away so I mentioned to Mr. Corman that the appraisal of my vehicle was the main factor that would determine if I was going to purchase the new car from BMW Valencia. He reassured me and said he would make this possible for me. Vehicle was closely looked at and appraised carefully. I wasn?t able to complete the process 1/28 as I arrived around 8pm and dealer closes at 9pm so Mr. Corman and his Manager both invited me back Saturday 1/29 and reserved the car for me so it was secure and took it off the market so we could proceed the following day. Another perk that I found to be loyal as other dealers sale cars on a first come first serve bases. I had some pre plans for Saturday morning so I made my appointment to return Saturday afternoon at 2pm. On Saturday I actually finished my plans a little early and was in constant communication with Mr.Corman on his personal cell phone and advised him if it was possible to come in a little early. He said yes and he made sure to come in 30 mins earlier than his schedule time to work. Upon arriving Mr. Corman took me around the new vehicle again to do a second viewing just to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my buy as the first viewing was made in the evening when it was dark out. The car looked amazing so I told him let?s proceed. After the detailed appraisal they offered me a number I could not pass up. I was overall satisfied with the appraisal offer! So we proceed to do the credit application. Apr rate is very important to me and I wanted the same Apr as my previous car if not better. After patiently waiting Mr.Corman came back with a monthly payment and APR. I did notice it was slightly higher than my current Apr so I told him I wanted a option contract and without hesitation he agreed. Entering the finance department the gentleman asked if he could get me a better Apr if I would consider. I told him of course. He said based on my credit score he was certain he could beat our credit unions Apr rate. Upon submitting my file with the bank, the results came back as he suggested and he actually got me a better Apr. shortly after I was done with the process and on my way with my new car, better Apr, and a great experience. I definitely recommend stoping by BMW Valencia and buying a car from GREGORY CORMAN. Best experience while purchasing a car I have ever had! 5/5 star!

I heard of their deal going on regarding a 3 year oil change for bmw vehicles and called to collect more information. Bill was very helpful in answering all my questions. Within the next few days I went in to get said oil change on my vehicle and bill was a great help once again as we reviewed what we spoke on over the phone. overall I had a great experience and am glad I went here to get my car maintenanced.

The vehicle was in transit due to the inventory shortage and once the vehicle was delivered to the dealership, they had it delivered to me, which I am about 2 hours south of their location, with all of the necessary paperwork which only took about a half hour to complete the transaction. 2014 X1 xdrive mandatory recall was supposed to take 2 hours (reflash ECU) Came back 2 hours later to find out they didn’t even work on it, had to come back after 1:00 the next day. This is the closes dealer from my house 25 miles away, a lot of unnecessary time spent on my part. Wrote up that I need new tires, I guess 8,000 miles on tires are bad? I would not be so upset if I had a loaner car, my friend had to drive me multiple times to the dealership bad communication. Service writer claimed to have called me but I will happily challenge that statement with my phone records.

We have had our vehicle for 5 years. Purchased it as used as it was a company demo. Purchased the maintenance plan to cover the expense of the ridiculously priced oil change and don’t even get a tire rotation as part of the service. As all upper echelon vehicles they act like they are better than everyone else and the all mighty dollar is their only concern. I might recommend them if I thought that they gave a dam in the slightest about the vehicle they are servicing. Definitely do not treat them as if they were their personal vehicle.

Although I recommend them for services, we often have issues after we pick up the car with cleanliness. The service staff always gets it fixed for us, but it’s such a hassle to bring the car back to address. The team that works on the cars seems to always be covered in oil, and this has transferred over to our interior several times, with BMW having to absorb the cost to have our interior re-dyed. This has happened to us three times. Just this week when we picked up our car they managed to drip oil all over our car shade. Again, service team was great to replace, but why? It’s maddening.

This was very easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. The authenticity in their customer service dramatically separates them into a league of their own. I inquired about a pre owned vehicle online and within the hour I was contacted by Katie who did their absolute best in navigating the entire process with me. Upon my initial inquiry they immediately reserved the car for a couple days which gave me peace of mind in not feeling rushed into the buying process. I was also promptly provided with every detail I wanted to know such as confirmation of car functions (Backup Camera, Bluetooth, NAV, Remote start, etc..), Pictures and videos of specifics (Brake Pad Thickness, Tire Thread Depth, Remote start operation, Current Status, etc..), and since this is a no haggle dealership, we were able to get all of the numbers crunched for a final price out the door within the hour. They even offered to expedite the buying process online and arrange shipping to my address for only $150.00. It's also worth to mention that Katie did all of this with an actual personality instead of the strictly business almost robotic attitude that you normally encounter at dealerships. The only thing left to do on my end was to secure financing for the purchase. I was busy with other projects so closing this deal wasn't my highest priority at the moment, but I was able to effectively communicate that with them and they had the patience to extend the hold on the car for several more days until I was ready. The only part I didn't like was finding out that I had to be there in person to finalize paperwork, clear bank security measures, take finger prints, etc.. We set a date and time and they made arrangements to have the car go through a final inspection before I arrived. Upon arrival it was convenient to note two electric car chargers in front of their building (if anybody was wondering). Katie came out to tour the car and to her credit she was very knowledgeable about the details and operational functions it offered even though it wasn't their brand. They had the interior completely detailed, and also threw on some new brakes and two new front tires accompanied by a full tank of gas. I also didn't feel rushed about carefully inspecting every tire/ brake, fluid level, and functional detail. They even offered to put it on a lift to allow me to better assess the mechanical operating status if I wanted. All that was left was a thorough test drive. Afterwards we just needed to complete the paper work and wait for one of their financing personnel to finalize the transaction. In the meantime, they had the car exterior go through a final round of detailing, they very comfortably allowed me to tour the rest of the lot all while every team member I ran into greeted me with a warm welcome, Katie even shot me a text halfway through and asked if I wanted the pink license plate frame swapped for a different color of my liking. Within a half hour I was in financing and they had Jerry explain their extended warranties and services to me without being overly pushy about up-selling. Then I met Maddie and she processed all of the paperwork seamlessly. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours tops. They led me back to my car which looked immaculate at this point and offered a $100 credit to get it re-detailed for when I got back home. On the drive back the "front driver sidemarker light" replace light came on. They do offer a 5 day 250 mile warranty on their vehicles so I just snapped a picture and sent it over to Katie who had me reimbursed for replacement cost the very next day. This thoroughly exceptional role model of customer service and the attention to detail is why I'll definitely be buying from here again.

Was able to drive it off the freeway and chose the local BMW to repair what faulted as a chassis stabilization problem and transmission problem. Thankfully Vanessa was my advisor. Experience witn Advisor was awesome. However, the experience with appointment process was horrific. I was scheduled not once, but twice with advisors who were on leave. I asked for loaner vehicle. My appointment was 9:30am so normally that's not a problem. However, I drove 45 miles to get the car serviced and told no loaners or rentals were available. I credit my advisor for making sure my car was ready for pickup by 2pm same day.

This after BMW North America verified that my car was eligible for an upgrade and sent me to the dealer to get it done. Very frustrating. Overall, it was a very smooth process at the Valencia BMW dealership. Everyone was professional and kind. They made sure to carefully answer all of my questions and were attentive to my needs. I’m in love with my 330e! Will definitely be getting my next car from them!

Service Rep suggested to fo brake fluid flush since millage was at 39000. Ash her when is the recommended millage for it and its for 30000 miles. Why was it not recommended then? when its already due, when I still had my maintenance warranty. Now i had to pay out of pocket for it. Also the service repair dine is for recurrent issues, services not done right cause i have to bring the car for the same service multiple tinies. I also owned an X5 which was service multiple times for the same problem and its agaiin. Again already out warranty and will need to pay for the required service. My observation is service required not being diagnosed correctly, they do easy quick fixed bit not resolving the problem totally. They are trying to save money when uour in warranty and recommend complete fixed when your to pay our of pocket. Not happy with the service provided, i had been loyal with them but not really happy

Their service department went above and beyond their duty to make sure I could get my car sooner than promised. My X3 needed the KAFA camera replaced and the service rep got me my car repaired in less than 24 hours. My only disappointment was that they did not have loaner cars or shuttle service after 5 PM so I had to wait a long time for a ride home, otherwise everything was great...... and I wished I could remember the name of the lady with short blonde hair working the cashiers desk who was incredibly nice, attentive, polite, friendly and resourceful who made my experience there a good one.

Service advisor is good but car always comes back dirty after service. I always have to tell them to wash it again so I end up having to wait each time. For some reason, the mechanics turn a blind eye and thinks they can get away with not washing the car after service or just doing a lazy job getting it done properly. This happens 9 out of 10 times that I take the car in for service.

I was searching for a new car and I came across this dealership because they had such an amazing selection. I knew what I wanted but I couldn’t seem to find the vehicle that called my name. I had just recently purchased a used car and 15min after paper work there is already a problem with car they told me to take s seat I sat there for about 2hrs and finally decided to get up and ask someone just them to tell me they don’t know where my car is then they find it and tell me the coolant is low and then 5min later they say it wasn’t the coolant it was actually the back up camera so i sit for another hr it finally gets finished and i take my car home just for the next day the water pump goes out and i live about 70 miles from this location and i had to drive it back they give me a loaner that has 100mile a day limit so by the time i drive it home I already can’t do what i have to do and now my car has been there for a week and i had to cancel my birthday plans and now I might not be able to celebrate a family member’s birthday as well I appreciate it and no one has reached out to me since I had to sign a paper for a warranty last week what a great birthday present.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Dropped my car off this morning for a scheduled appointment. Was told they were running late and asked if I could leave my car. I told them yes that was fine. I just needed it back before end of day. Got a call saying the fee for the brake fluid about 15 minutes after dropping it off and heard nothing else. Called to check up on it and my advisor had already left for the day and will call me on Monday. Ummm no. I need my car today!!! I have work on Monday. Ugh!!!!! Asked the for a courtesy car and no one is there to authorize that. Thanks BMW for the not so great service that everyone talks about.

This is an interesting dealership. They want to sell cars, but they make paying for it as difficult as possible. They also make you wait hours to go through the finance guy who then sells you warranty after warranty for at least another hour. Take a lunch with you! The worst part is the follow through. Wesley, our salesman, promises the world and delivers zilch. He was supposed to give us a second key to our car and after two months, have we seen it? Will he even return a call? I also needed a copy of my bill of sale to register the car and every time I call the dealership, they hang up on me. They don't even know what I want! Just start to transfer me and then someone picks up and hangs up the phone. I've also left messages for the manager, someone whose name I'm not even going to try to spell. Crickets. Be very very careful with any dealings with these shysters. ** Would never go back.

Bought a used car that was supposedly gone through a bmw full inspection and conditioning. As soon as I paid for it and drove home, I immediately noticed an issue with the alignment and mild shaking. Went to a 2 mechanic shops to get opinions and got the same diagnosis. Both struts were leaking in the front and both lower control arm bushings were busted. My newly conditioned and bmw approved to take home car had a $1,500 repair job right about 1 week after I picked up the car that they did not disclose to me as needing attention after I picked up the car. I emailed them and all they said was ill forward my email to the team. That was a week ago and I never heard back. Poor follow up and service for this.

I got a crack on my 530e and went to BMW Valencia. The service advisor told me that insurance companies would cover the replacement cost so I let them replace it. I paid around $2,300, but insurance will cover only around $1,500. My insurance agent mentioned that I got charged labor much higher then the other dealers. This is the reason why insurance want to cover only around $1,500. I had asked the service advisor to help on this issue and he told me that he would check with his manager, but 3 days later I found he did not get a chance to check with manager. I sent an email about this issue to the manager directly 5 days ago and he has not responded yet.

There was no place to get food there. During my three hour wait, I had to walk over to a car wash to get a packaged turkey sandwich. Very inconsiderate to those who had to hang around. Also, the associate who had the "Ask me about my dogs," sign at her window was very unfriendly and acted always annoyed...not a good look for a business. Truly a scary experience at this dealership when we went in for service to the vehicle. Most employees were not wearing masks correctly indoors, two were not wearing masks at all at the cashier. Customers were inside for long periods of time without masks as managers and employees walked by without correcting this behavior. As to service, we never got a call about the vehicle being ready, we had to call them. After paying for service, they did not wash the vehicle, saying there was nobody available to do it. As we left about 30 min later, we saw a car being washed. Further, there was no manager on-site available to receive my complaint about the non compliance with public health regulations, and the employee who took the complaint said he would make sure to monitor it, but I then watched him walk past 2 cashiers inside who were unmasked doing nothing about it. I took a photograph of this from outside the dealership.

After driving an extra hour to visit this BMW dealer versus my local option, getting up early to arrive when it would be easier for my sales person to attend to our experience and the fact that the vehicle we leased had been already selected weeks prior, we were forced to wait over 3 hours for seemingly NO GOOD REASON! My perspective, based on the several vehicles I've purchased over the years, is that they did the typical "make the customer wait until they're exhausted and anxious" to reduce/minimize how much the buyer will protest or demand a better deal. And, since the deal wasn't what had been promised and we were made late to an afternoon commitment because preparing the deal took so long, I'd say the facts speak for themselves that it was Valencia BMW put ahead of the customer.

The MINI dealership where I used to get my service was closed down by Autonation, I don?t know why. Since MINI is a subsidiary of BMW, I hoped they could service my MINI and they did! They were very helpful and attentive to my needs. They didn?t have all the items I needed in stock but they made the effort to get what I needed. Overall I was very happy with my experience. It saved me having to drive to Calabasas or Universal City which would have been awful. The only down side is they don?t do warranty work if I ever get a new MINI. Instead I might look into a certified, previously owned BMW!

This car buying experience was absolutely terrible. I had worked with Mazen on a car order for 3 months and it was the worst experience ever. I had originally discussed building a brand new car for a lease and the price for the car. I told him what price I was looking for and if it would be doable on the build I had and he said he would take care of me. Knowing this car was on the way, I had sold my previous car and was without a vehicle for the entire time. I consistently reached out to him to discuss the status and ensuring he was going to get me the price we originally discussed and he would keep blowing me off by telling me he would take care of me. When the car arrives, he quotes me a price $300 higher than initially discussed, and he said it was because the MSRP of the build was too high, as if he was just finding out that information and hadn't known it from the start. Even reaching out to the dealership manager was unhelpful because all he would tell me was that it must have been miscommunication. How it was miscommunication for 3 months, I'm unsure, but that's what I was told. Even when finalizing the sale with the manager, he was quoting me numbers and then reneging on them because he did not do his own calculations correctly, but was telling me completely different prices each time. The entire process was just me being lied to and misled, and I'm not sure if those are the standard practices of that dealership. I'm just glad to finally have my car and will not have to deal with them again.

The service front desk representative was able to help me and got me into a loaner since my vehicle was non driveable due to a punctured tire. Then Vanessa the service representative as always took great care of my vehicles needs and all things needed completed ASAP. Great service

The salesman David has incredible customer service, he took the time to listen to me and did the best he could to help me out, the janitorial lady was really nice to me, she nicely showed me whe the coffee machine was and the restrooms, very kind, the sales manager Gary was very helpful, only thing is I observed few employees not using masks around the sales floor, they where walking like if they didn?t care, not good, everything else I will recommend to anyone who needs your service, specially salesman David that has a very good customer service, he really cares about people, I can see and feel, thank you.

Everyone was fantastic in the service and warranty divisions. The facilities were well-kept, the people made a real effort to make sure I was taken care of. I wish we could have determined where my small oil leak was coming from. They told me to bring it back in about a thousand miles to check it again. I don?t think it?s just going to go away, so I don?t see why I need to go in again. I would have preferred that it had been resolved at the time. Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience.

The experience was a great one. Coffee and snacks were provided while I waited along with socially distance seating with TV. the only issue I have is, the paperwork provided is not a clear indication as to which tire needs replacing, why the battery needs replacing, and which brakes need replacing. It would have been great if the service advisor was as enthusiastic about checking my car in and checked it out as well with a thorough explanation of the recommendations. the service center literally had three of us there. Not busy at all.

Having made an appointment, I was dismayed to find out that I would not be able to get the loaner vehicle I had requested to enable getting to a doctor's appointment in town (I live 40 miles mountainous for the dealership). As I was leaving, my regular service rep grabbed me and asked "how is it going?" I tole him and he not only got the service started but me on my way to the rest of my appointments. He kept me appraised by phone of progress and a new problem that was "covered by warranty." Robert is great--he personifies the service I have gotten here during and after the purchase of 3 new BMWs here over 15 years--not the service I have gotten here lately.

We purchased a CPO 2017 X5, they had cleaned it and put a very fragrant scent inside the car (think gas station scent). Also, there were large scratches on both bumpers, which they fixed for us, but this required us to take two trips from Central CA. They were generous and paid for our gas. Overall a good experience. We have purchased several BMW’s. This was a 4 star experience. The scent is still there. We are working on it as, we love the car.

I was sold a vehicle with non working tailights. I was driving with my children in the car for 10 days before getting pulled over and receiving a ticket. I took the car back where I was given a rental for a week because there was a backorder. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the dealer had replaced my non working factory lights with CHEAP AFTERMARKET parts because they said OEM was too expensive. Sean Crawford said he would order the OEM lights after I complained about it , I haven't heard back. Taylor hawking lied to me and gave me the run around for a week. Leslie ceballos sold me the vehicle with non working tailights. She also offered to get me a price on a second key thus wasting my time for 2 weeks when I decided to just order one myself. Poor customer service.

The service department in this dealership has always been frustrating. Even with an appointment for a specific advisor, it always takes at least 20-30 of waiting after your appointment before you are helped by a service advisor. This last visit was no exception. One of the services that I needed was an upgrade to my navigation system. They kept my car for 2 days and apparently multiple tries and different "parts" by the service technician and they couldn't figure out how to do the new upload. I brought my car home without the update and with two days of constant frustration.

Excellent service but this location needs to install a timer on the doors leading to the customer service entrance. There is always a customer or employee who forgets to close the doors, allowing the lounge to become uncomfortably cold.

Can you imagine test-driving an "Ultimate Driving Machine" and literally breaking down in the middle of an intersection? It happened! I was browsing online for a pre-owned BMW and a 2012 328i with 83k miles seemed like a sweet deal. I contacted BMW Valencia and a salesperson named Maryo Metry reached out to me and provided me some very good information about the vehicle. He had been keeping me updated about the car and the additional services (including a fuel pump replacement)that were needed to be performed at their service department. Also, a "rigorous inspection" would be performed by their specially-trained, talented, and experienced service department. Hey, if there's one place on Earth that knows BMWs, it would be the BMW dealerships right?! So I've been waiting patiently until the car was ready on Friday. Mr. Metry greeted me with a handshake and showed his professionalism by answering a phone call from someone. Instead of saying "Hey sorry I need to answer a phone call from a customer real quick!", he simply walked away while I was checking out the vehicle. Furthermore, Mr. Metry showed his knowledge on BMW vehicles by not knowing what are some features of the vehicle, e.g."hands-free trunk opening" that was included with comfort access entry; maintenance schedule of the vehicle. I bet any BMW enthusiast who had done some research online or watched some YouTube videos would probably know all the generation names of the BMW iDrive head-units. Here comes the part that I will never forget: test-driving an "Autonation Certified" BMW and breaking down in the middle of an intersection with a police patrol car flashing its lights behind us. A warning message about the fuel system popped up in the infotainment screen when we were waiting for a red light. I asked Mr. Metry what did that mean and he did not provide me with an answer, instead, he simply dismissed the warning message like nothing ever happened. What happened after is the engine went off and could not be started for 15 mins. After the disappoint test drive, Mr. Metry did not apologize for the unpleasant experience. I drove down to Valencia all the way from Santa Barbara, which is an hour and half away. I also made some arrangement in my schedule in order to make this visit happen because Mr. Metry had been keeping me informed that the vehicle was in need of additional services (fuel pump replacement), therefore the vehicle could not be ready until today. This visit took away my entire valuable afternoon and replace it with nothing but disappointment. Additionally, Mr. Metry asked me "how are you going to finance the car?" since I informed him that I'm a student with no full time job. Coming across as a young buyer, I understood where he was coming form. However, the way he look at me when asking me "how are you going to finance the car" felt more like "Can you really afford the car or are you messing with me?". Now I know you dealers make money from customers financing the car but have you ever heard of something called "CASH"?! With that being said, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Metry's time, assistance and of course, the unforgettable cruising in the Ultimate Driving Machine down the road of Valencia!

Took my 2000 323ci in for service about a recall notice for passenger side airbags. Service advisor (Vanessa) was pleasant and helpful. Work was done promptly in a few hours. Shuttle (driven by Juan and Thomas) provided door to door transportation for me with pleasant conversation. Also requested new wiper blades but did not receive $15 discount per my email notice. Was advised of 3 items needing replacement due to oil leaks at a cost that is probably more than the car is worth, so will consult my mechanic. Overall, mostly satisfied with entire experience.

went there on Sunday to look at a 535i. we were ignored by all salesmen and not offered help. we wandered the showroom looking for someone to sell us a car. no luck. we thought it might just be the busy weekend crowd. took off early Monday and went back to the dealership to try again. this time we could find nobody. nobody out on the lot , nobody in the showroom, not even someone sitting at the reception desk. after about 45 minutes of walking the lot and show room we decided to cut our losses and leave. will not go back. waste of time

I have done all my service/repairs at Valencia BMW since day one. Recently I had an unexpected issue and had to be towed in ahead of my planned appointment. Horrible Experience. Avoid at all costs. Leased a 2019 X5 which was delivered with a major flaw in control panel. Dealer replaced the parts impacted but in return scratched the leather trim on the dash. Took the car in to repair that and they returned the car with a damaged wood trim on the center console. The dealer refuses to deal with the damage now after escalating the horrible quality of service to BMW corporate. If you care about customer service and workmanship do not go to this dealership

This place is absolute garbage. Don’t get me wrong, BMW is an amazing car brand, but some how BMW of Valencia used their magic to make us start regretting our choice of buying a BMW. Customer service is pathetic! All the promises they made were not kept. I should have listened to friends and not gone to this dealership. The car wasn’t even washed when they gave it to me - the previous owners dirt, coffee stains, and god knows what else is still all over the car and they have the audacity to say it’s because of bad weather that it couldn’t be detailed. They knew I was going to pick it up a week before I showed up to get it. The brakes squeak and their is a message that the battery in the keys are low. Not at all what I expected of a dealership in the automation team.

In fact the service was so bad I went to other BMW facilities 50 to 75 miles away. Note I only live 4 mikes away from the dealership. I recently gave BMW Valencia another opportunity and to my surprise the service was phenomenal - in fact epic! The service from contact to goodbye was a perfect experience- absolute quality. My husband takes his car in for service and without fail it goes back for something else. The last service, we spent almost $5k and now it leaks a little oil, doesn't start immediately at certain times(it struggles to start) and it smells like it's overheating at times. They won't acknowledge the issues and we don't want to dump more money into it when they won't even fix it anyways. Go to the valley for service or find an independent shop, who would probably be cheaper than the dealership anyways.

Filed an Unfair Sales Practice with BMW Corporate office and also filing a BBB complaint. Be VERY aware of the finance representative Gary Kazandjian who works at Valencia BMW, California. He is without a doubt a 100% scam pusher. I purchased a BMW X5 on July 24, 2018. The car had 45k miles on it. At Gary's office, he asked me how long I would use the car for. I replied I was going to use it for about 3-4 years. He recommended an extended warranty for 36 month or 36K miles and an extended maintenance package through BMW for 72 months or 100K whichever would come first. This perfectly suited my needs. The only thing Gary forgot to mention was that the extended maintenance package started counting the miles and months from the day the car was MANUFACTURED, not purchased. He sold me a policy of $2500 for 13 month. The sales person was not better. He told me that the wheels balancing was done. I later discovered that was a lie. I had to spend another $140 out of my pocket. I believe car buyers should avoid this dealership if they didn't want to be scammed / hurt financially.

My 2015 diesel X5 had a failed high pressure fuel pump. The X5 was out of warranty but the cost was covered by the factory warranty probably due to this kind of failure not being a uncommon. The service offered by Jessie and his team was fantastic, I even got a loaner car during the two day repair. Also, since they had to drain the fuel tank to remove contaminates they filled my gas tank, nice.

I just bought a 5 series and had a great experience with Valencia BMW, especially with Mike Austin. Although I live several hundred miles away from this dealership, I decided to buy my car there because of Mike's helpfulness and professionalism. I conducted most of my queries to dealerships via email, and Mike was not only the most responsive and helpful of all the dealers I contacted, but he went out of his way to find a car that suited my requirements, even though it was still on the boat coming from Germany! He or his manager Polo Lopez updated me every day as to the status of my car, answered all of my questions, and also had the most competitive price. Although the car took longer than I anticipated to arrive, Mike ensured I had up to the date information. At the dealership, Mike continued to display the same level of service and professionalism in person. I'm very glad that I went out of my way to this dealership, because I had a great experience, far better than when I had visited my local dealerships for a test drive.

I added the 5YR BMW Tire & Wheel Protection when I purchased my 5-series from them back in November 2015. I wanted to take advantage of cosmetics repair before the protection expires since it is covered but I have just been given the runaround for almost a month now, and still no one has gotten back to me regarding my claim. When I first called the provider, they gave me a claim number and told me to contact my local dealer. When I contacted my local dealer (Valencia BMW), they told me to bring my vehicle for inspection. When I brought my vehicle in and met with Chris Rawlins, he told me I didn't need to come in and that I could've just contacted the third company to schedule an appointment to have cosmetics repaired on my wheels. On top of that, I asked him to take a look at another issue I'm having and this guy tells me I can do it myself. I mean, sure I most likely can do it, but I what's the point of bringing in my car be serviced if you're going to tell me I can do it myself? Perhaps because I don't have the time/proper tools to do it myself? Going back to my wheel cosmetics repair, he gave me a servicing company (Alloy Wheel Repair) and told me to schedule an appointment and have them come to me to get my cosmetics repaired. They wanted me to bring my vehicle in to the dealership on a Saturday morning to tell me this, when they could've provided me the third party's contact information over the phone. What a waste of time. So I have left about four voicemails for Alloy Wheel Repair to contact me regarding my claim, but they have yet to contact me. I then called the BMW Tire & Wheel Protection back and they gave me another third company (California Wheel Repair Solutions), and said that the third company service will contact me within two days. This was said last Monday (6/10/19), to this day I still have not gotten a call from either one of the third company service. When I called BMW Tire & Wheel Protection and asked to be transferred to a manager, the manager I spoke to claims that she is unable to help me because of limited information that she has, given that it's a weekend. What's that supposed to mean? I said I would like to file a complaint, but unfortunately since it's a Saturday she isn't able to help me with my complaint, and advised me to call them back on Monday during business hours. I let her know that their business hours (8AM-8PMET) is my working hours in PT, and she advised me to call them back when I'm driving to work on Monday. WTF? So I call Valencia BMW to see if I can file a complaint. I reached out to the Servicing Department and was told that the Manager for today is Darren but is currently out to lunch, and should be back at 2PM. It's already 3:16PM and Darren has yet to call me back. I also tried reaching out to the Sales Manager (Polo Lopez), have left a voicemail regarding my complaint, but have yet to hear back from him either. The funny thing of it all is the owner's response from the 1-star reviews that the customers have left here in Google, stating that "If you'd be willing though, our General Manager would love to talk with you and rectify these issues. You can contact the GM at (888) 284-3140. We hope to hear from you soon." I just called this number and it routed me back to Valencia BMW's main contact number. Ultimate driving machine, but ultimate disaster in customer service. I don't deserve this type of service from Valencia BMW and its partners, especially after serving this country. Update: it's already 6/26/19 and no one has yet to reach out to me to address the poor quality of their customer service.

They were lifesavers for my daughter and I!! We had MAJOR car trouble just as we were getting to Six Flags coming from Fresno. They were able to get us in right away without an appointment, shuttle us to the park and had the problem diagnosed that day with an estimate for the repairs needed. They provided us a beautiful loaner to drive back to Fresno and use the entire time they had our car. Vanessa was able to tell me exactly what the cost for repairs was going to be and the car was done on time. I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of us out-of-towners! They struck out with an uncharacteristically poor service experience yesterday. Brought my 440i in for routine service, waited 5-10 minutes before the service rep met with me. When the service was completed, they called the wrong phone number to let me know it was ready and I ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes to check on it. Then I stood outside for another 5-10 minutes before the cashier realized that the car had already been pulled around and brought my key to me. And for the final strike, the car hadn't been washed!

My BMW overheated twice on the grapevine on a Saturday. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation. We contacted the nearest BMW dealer, which happened to be in Valencia. There hasn't been ONE TIME that Valencia BMW has been at least twice the cost of repairs, OR MORE; than any other INDEPENDENT BMW REPAIR SHOP. PARTS are outragious; and the SERVICE is TERRIBLE. SAD; IT's always been that way for many years......

I had the best experience ever at this dealership. Any client advisor Wesley, extremely professional and answered the phone every single time. We purchased a new BMW x3 on March 1,2019 from Valencia BMW. Only to find out after research that there was a cargo sliding cover missing from the cargo area 3 days afterward. Contacted our sales representative who refused to ship us the missing part because the shipping charge would cost them $87.00. We had to drive 41.3 miles one way (82.6 miles round trip) to pick it up from the dealership. On the day that we purchased the vehicle, we arrived at 5:20pm, because the sales representative was suppose to get off at 5:30pm for his shift, and did not want to split his commission with another sales representative, therefore, we did not get to test drive the vehicle nor did anyone explain to us how to use any of the electronics that came with this vehicle.

Just got a new 530e and Sammy and Jason went above and beyond. They found the car negotiated the price by phone and emails and took my credit application online. I drove all the way from Long Beach to Valencia to do the deal passing many BMW dealerships along the way but Sammy and Jason made it worth the time and effort. Valencia BMW will certainly get my future business and I recommend all my friends in the market for a BMW to deal with them.

Service department is in a trailer and does not meet the BMW standard. No greeting from staff in the swap meet tented service drive and stood waiting for my service advisor for 27 minutes. Staff were on their phones and looking at cars on Craigslist while I waited. Took 4 hours for an oil and filter change with an appointment and did not address my recall which is why I was told it took so long. Not a very productive all day event.

I live 80 miles south in Orange County and I could easily get my BMW's elsewhere. However, Valencia BMW stands head and shoulders above all of their peers with their impeccable customer service and best-in-class pricing. There is simply no justification to buy or lease your BMW's anywhere else. The sales manager, Polo Lopez, makes you feel like you're dealing with family and you're pleasantly treated as a long-term client and not a one-time customer. I'm on my 3rd BMW from Valencia.

I recently purchased a used BMW from Valenica BMW. I was very happy with my sales associate as he was very helpful to answering all of my questions and getting the purchase done. My main reason in writing, however, is to comment on what I experienced with the finance manager. I have purchased many cars in my life, from several different dealerships, but never have I had such an unpleasant experience signing final paperwork in a finance department as what I underwent at Valencia BMW. Since it was my first purchase at a luxury car dealership it was especially disappointing as one is expecting another level of service. Every car purchase involves the offering of add-ons by the dealer but this part of the purchase at Valencia BMW was very different for me. I totally get that BMWs can potentially be costly to maintain and think it is completely fine that all these protection plans are offered. Mickey, the finance manager, however, took this to another level with his high pressure tactics and discourteous behavior. When I declined the offered plans he became downright rude. All this was totally uncalled for and would make me avoid going to this dealership to purchase another car.

Just before we arrived in Valencia Ca we hit a pot hole in the freeway and blew both tires in the right side of our 75O We limped to the dealer and asked if they could expidite as we were on our way to a party for our new grandson. Robert our service advisor handled everything. Check that we had tire coverage on our car got us into a loaner car and assured us the car would be ready the following day. We were on time to the party. The car was fixed as promised no hassle very easy and they were happy to help. Valencia BMW and Robert the service advisor tires what could have been a bad day into a wonderful customer experience. Thanks so much !!!

My service advisor Cole @ BMW Valencia was excellent. Explained to me about the 2 recalls & software updates that my car needed & that my car would also get a complete walk around. They changed the wiper blades, changed the oil & finished all the work by 3:30. I also got a loaner car while my i3 was in the service bay....

This is directed to my Service Advisor Mike and the technician that performed the actual work on my car. I came in and had 3 tires replaced on Friday 5/12 and explained to Mike that my brakes or rotors seemed to cause the car to shake while stopping. The brakes were just replaced at another dealership 2 weeks prior. I'm no tech lady but I know my car and realized something was wrong... long story short, one of my rotors may be warped advised Mike, which he stated was not bad enough to make a claim on as of yet for my warranty to replace. After picking up my car, I expected to have the same problem occurring, a bumpy stop. I really enjoy driving my 640i and I must profess there is no shaking while stopping whatsoever. Whatever the technician did fixed the problem and my car is driving as smooth as the day I drove it off the lot. I will say, I miss the pampered waiting area that the other dealership has and snacks, but I will gladly give it all up for a dealership that gets things done right the first time. Way to go Valencia BMW you have me sold on your Service!!!

person to person experience is good. what i have a problem with is the work preformed and the quality of work. I have been there 2 times now and needing to go back for a third time. first time was 5k bill, second time to fix same oil leak, third time to fix same oil leak that is now grown and leaving puddles of oil where i park. I am really upset!!!!!

Return Car to service for due bill work. When I picked up the car it was covered in Ash After I had advised to please wash before I arrived. After I got home and washed I noticed there was over spray on my wheels from the painting. Not happy I have to return to correct. One good thing 5 Stars to my service advisor Bob Rowlands he is the best. He gets my recommendation.

I called Robert Grass, the Valencia BMW, Internet Fleet Manager. Robert always gives me a great price on the first phone call. No other dealer came close. I like that! When I went in to see the vehicle, he gave me an even better price and took my old BMW X3 as a trade. I am a living testament to the accident avoidance of the BMW X3 because my old one helped me avoid a head on collision when a Ford Expedition on I-5 rolled across the median into my lane and I was able to swerve around it going 70 MPH and avoid killing the driver of the Ford and myself as well. I never lost control. I have loved driving every mile in my old X3 so much so that the thought of parting with it was making me miserable. So I leased a new one from Robert Grass at Valencia BMW. He was great! If you are in the market for the Ultimate Driving Machine, go see Robert Grass at Valencia BMW. You will be glad you did! So on the 09/19 call him that I was going in to purchase the car . He was not schedule to work that day and was ready to leave town he still came in to take of me . i went to buy a bmw 750 used from valencia bmw.they advertised it as certified pre owned. when a car is certified it has higher standards to go through before it gets to the line.i went in confident that everything had met those specifications before being put on their line.after being at the dealership for 7 hours and signing a deal they come back and tell me."oh it didnt go through,its not cpo its active cpo"they told me everything had met the certified pre owned standards but it was certified in the past at another delearship meaning my rate went from 5% to 8% but everything else had met cpo standards.after being there so long i said ok(because i just wanted my car and wanted to leave).i drove it for a couple weeks before i noticed the tread on my back tires were 2/32nds .im a service advisor at a nissan delearship.that is unsafe tread and we recommend changing tires at 3/32nds, so i had one of my technicians check the car out.it had broken lower control arms.bad tires.and the all rotors were grooved bad needing to be replaced.also needs brakes in the rear as theyre at 3mm.the shade for the back windows motor is burned out causing it to get stuck.also looked in my system and it needed a brake fluid exchange immediately.i called my sales man and he said he could not help me.all i wanted was them to step up and help their customer.i wasnt even looking for them to replace/fix all that(which they should have before it hit the line).i wanted them to help me some how.they said they couldnt help me on the pricing when we worked the deal because they paid 1200 to certify the car(turns out they didnt cerify. so they had room in the deal to help me).they said tough luck and ignored my phone calls.my name is dean conkling in case the delearship wants to try to help now that im reviewing them.i will never buy a car from them and none of my family,friends or people i run into at work will either.word of mouth is the best advertisement and people will know your guys' bad business practices.

My first experience with BMW was a little odd, The people were friendly enough, maybe it's me but I feel like the shuffling around from representative to representative was a little tedious, I'm still not sure who I contact with specific questions. I've called twice with a question and was transferred to two different people. I eventually called the Geniuses at BMW direct. I still have a few questions regarding my warranty and service. That will have to wait for another day. I Love the car and hope that my future experiences will be as nice as riding in my car is. Overall they seem to try very hard at pleasing their customer.

I walked in one day and drove 2 vehicles I was interested in. Sat down and went over the options that I wanted and payment options. I returned a couple days later after doing some online research. Within 10 minutes I was approved for a loan and the car was mine. The vehicle was down in San Diego so it had to be shipped here. I was told it was going to be transported here but I believe it was driven. I took delivery much later than I was promised so the sales manager gave me a $300 credit in the BMW shop. New car that I am very pleased with and a new golf bag from BMW. Life is good. I will return and would recommend Valencia BMW to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

I have bought or leased 4 BMWs and must say that the transaction experience at Valencia BMW was by far the most pleasant and efficient that I have experienced over the years. The majority of the transaction was conducted on the phone and through the Internet, no fooling around with pricing, etc. When I went in to pick up the new 2015 3 series, I merely had to admire the car and sign a few documents. Very nice experience!

My X5 just days away from lease end required a brake service. True to the BMW warranty I incurred $0 for the car to be repaired. I was offered a loaner for the overnight service ( I dropped into the dealership without an appt at around noon) and recv'd mycar washed and repaired by noon the next day. What more can you ask of a service dept? Great Job Valencia BMW
